EIM and Private Practice Section Executive Program in Practice Management
As previously posted here and here (and a slideshare!), EIM in a strategic partnership with APTA’s Private Practice Section, is launching the first cohort group in Jan for a 12 month Executive Program in Private Practice Management. Fashioned after Executive MBA programs and further modeled by Owner President programs such as one’s offered at Harvard Business School, the program’s commitment is to enable private practices in physical therapy for competitive advantage in the healthcare marketplace.
Participants in the program are placed on teams that are derived from a thorough matching of each therapist’s strengths and experience in all aspects of physical therapy practice management. All content is specific to the PT industry and is fashioned to provide practical materials customized to direct use and deployment in the participant’s practice. Courses include strategy, strengths-based management, marketing, business development, legal/HR, leadership, financial, benchmarking, and technology.
The certificate course with a tDPT option, is delivered by EIM’s educational platform which has been the base of its highly successful APTA credentialed orthopedic residency program and consists of about 85% long-distance and 3 on-sight intensives. This press release found on dBusinessNews provides additional information.
There is still time to sign up for this unprecedented offering for PT owners and operators.
