Clinical Consult

I wanted to find out if other bloggers were using notewriting software in their practice, what was their experience.  I have not been satisfied with what is out there of what I have seen--costs too much, too many features for what I need, etc.

I have looked at and demoed about 7-8 different and worked in a clinic for a while that used ReDoc. My problem is that the output from all of these programs looks and reads like canned text. I have worked very hard on what I feel is the most presentable evaluation and daily documentation and I have created Word templates for all of them. It is nice, because I just open the previous day's note on a patient and edit it appropriately. I even have my billing info and exercise flowsheet on the same page. If you would like to see an example, just email mee off the forum.
