Knee OA RCT 2

Congratulations to Dr. Gail Deyle and colleagues regarding the recent publication of a RCT in Physical Therapy demonstrating the benefits of manual physical therapy and supervised exercise compared to a home exercise program. See the press release for detailed information. This study follows a previous study from Dr. Deyle and colleagues published in Annals of Internal Medicine in 2000 demonstrating the short- and long-term benefits of manual physical therapy and exercise in patients with knee OA versus placebo intervention. Thanks for the oustanding contribution, further supporting why our best days remain ahead. Now, just get to doing. What a nice way to end the week (posted Friday evening as I'm relaxing with my family).
