Canadian Physiotherapy Association Resources on cervical manipulation

I came across this Resource on the internet from June 2005. The Canadian Physiotherapy Association has compiled a nice resource guide on issues and documents related to manipulation of the cervical spine. Cheers....or whatever they say 'a boot' or above the 49th parallel.
